You do that by building a trustworthy site. A site with some good content and an appropriate number of backlinks. (the anchor text probably plays a role in this as well).

Then you add some more content, some more links and wait. (while adding even more content and building even more links). At some point you might be awarded with site links, typically for a search on your company name.

Some site links are handpicked automatically by Google and there might not be much people can do except working on their sites to make them more of authority nature.

jitendraag is an unknown quantity at this point
If you have enough backlinks for 4 or 8 of your internal pages then google might think they are worth showing along with the first page.. It's totally upto google though
