Well, better analyze your site first... Target keywords... Start with On-page optimization... You can't just start building links... Site Analysis is to be considered first before stepping on the next level...

Others may link bait to you only IF they pick up your content as fresh and interesting topic.

Linkbaiting is in the mercy of the one who link your site to their site...

It is through your contents if they like it, surely they will link your site....

* A link Baiter gets a link to a great content page mostly....but it’s not usually the page the site owner really wants to rank for anything.
* A link Baiter often gets links from tech sites and blogs….but often not from the sites in the neighborhood.

Sometimes small webmaster sites will link to your linkbait, at this point the link has only a small amount of value but as time passes that site grows and the link from it grows as well. In this case overtime your value from that specific site would increase which effects your rankings positively. Now not all links achieved through linkbaiting will increase like this....

Hard to give advice on a site in a foreign language, as it's hard to tell what you're doing. Doesn't look like the pictures have keyword rich alt tags. Looks like you could add some keywords throughout the page. But, of course I'm not sure I have any idea what you're trying to optimize for.

Link baiting also come under link building. And Link building is a main part of SEO. I dont encourage just doing directory posting, and blog comment posting, get links from your niches.
