Up with backlinks... down with SERPs :(

I have a lot of backlinks to my website. And they are being added daily. But with all this, my website is going down on SERPs...

I'm targeting "anunturi" and my website is serviciionline.net

Can you take a look at the source code to see if everything is alright? Because I think I'm getting penalized...or...I don't know. Is my keyword density too high?
Do I have too many title attributes containing the keyword "anunturi"?

It's a daily battle with Google and I never win.

I've noticed that when I add links for certain keywords my serps for that keyword will temporarily go down for about a week. Then they come back a little higher than they were before. Give it time and keep building links.

The quality backlinks is the main idea.
If you have backlinks from site thatare
- high PR
- quality website
- the same subject
That is the best backlink for your site.

SEO is not a daily activity it's really a monthly long term thing. Don't get crazy about your search engine results on a daily basis. Just keep doing what you know you should be doing, and you'll turn out just fine.
