High traffic does it increase ranking
you know thse people that sell these traffic for example 10,000 visits for $30.
Does these effect your ranking in any way, like does it increase ranking? Or it has no effect?

If it really receives more than 10,000 visitors then it can improve the ranking of your website in alexa only. You will not get any big advantage in google or yahoo.

Google might use click record for SERPs that can determine the quality of website.

It really depends of what you want accomplish. If you buy some cheap traffic and hope someone will buy from you, then it is a waste of money.
If you buy targeted traffic you've got a slim chance to sell.
Now if you buy traffic to sell links, that may work, because there is a great chance that your potential customers will check Alexa and will think that your site is popular.
I sincerely don't recommend that, because it is fake traffic and not natural.

I would say that traffic is irrelevant to your ranking on search engines, As a few people already stated, no direct connection between traffic and ranking, unless the users that visit your site copy your work and link back to your site for the full article/content etc. That is about the only connection that could be made.

Most of time when you "buy" traffic in bulk, you'll get bot traffic. It will not convert. Save your money on that one.

You just can't get that kind of traffic any other way for most sites.

Short answer for this one: NO. There is no relation between forced traffic and ranking. Traffic comes and goes, but rankings are forever.

I still prefer getting traffic with social bookmarkings, link baiting and so on, buying traffic might harm your site.

I too have read that increased traffic aids in Google site placement, but I do not recall where I read this.
However after reading this thread, this seems to be just a rumor not based in fact.

Traffic and SERP ranking have no direct connection. I think there is no big impact on your ranking if you have a huge traffic.
