Web 2.0 is all about user generated media/content. The World Wide Web has graduated from being a passive medium to being a dynamic medium. Some people call it the participatory web. Web 2.0 does not have a definite boundary. Look for Tim O'Reilly and you would find detailed information on web 2.0.
