I noticed my site's
PR had dropped from 5 to 3. I've been steadily link building, getting reciprocals, one-ways on sites, a few sitewide links on blogs, links in articles and blog posts, directories, and no blackhat stuff. I haven't lost major backlinks; however, I had just gone through my reciprocal links page to clean it up and found one site that had been flagged as a harmful site by google. When I clicked on the link, it took me to a red page stating that site had been attacked and suggested I back out of the site. So I removed the link from my links page. I have no clue how long that site had been flagged but I know for a fact that it had not been when I first exchanged links with them over four months ago, and at the time they were a legit home decor product site.
Could that outgoing link from my site have done any harm to my page rank or my site in general? Thanks for any insight.
