Blog website has spam content as search engine description
My client has a blog for their website, blog.tspspices.com. The problem we're having is that if you actually search for their blog, such as typing "blog.tspspices.com" into a search engine field, it shows the site link but the description for the site is a spammer's mess. I guess they got into the blog via a comment or something. I advised them to update their copy of wordpress.

Here is a search on google: http://www.google.com/search?q=blog....ient=firefox-a

Is there anything I can do? The content the search engine grabbed was on the cached page but is no longer in the live version of the blog. Thanks!

Adding meta description helps telling the search engine show what you want as site description, you can add that.

Optimize your Meta Description And Title... Also try to install Akismet, a wordpress plugin used to avoid spams...

W8 until google update your cache. And then check again the cache of it. I do hope it wont bring trouble. (x finger)
