where to get incoming only backlinks PR5+ ?

is it possible to get highish PR backlinks which are white hat/long term without giving outward link?

There are various sources, Directories, Article directories etc, sometimes the problem is the pr tends to drop within the site, so the home page maybe PR5, but the internal pages are PR1 or 0.See what page your link would be on and check the pr, also check it is not "no Follow"

Don't forget to also include lower PR sites. Link building should appear as natural as possible. A site with only high PR links wouldn't appear naturally.

take time to build link naturally sounds good and all but if you're in a market with high volume, high competitive keywords... naturally won't get you too far.. Gotta do everything, including buy a few...

Just keep in mind anyone who has high PR site is likely to only link to sites that they believe provides value.

You've got to have something they want, or feel might be of value for their visitors to link to your site. That's the way the game generally works.

Be on the look out for scam freaks though.
