Benefits of SEO...

Out of curiosity what (if any) are the benefits of starting SEO at the onset of a website's creation and design versus any amount of time after the site is built and live? Is there much of a difference if its done from the start? Can similar results be achieved if a site does not do SEO from the beginning, launches the site and then decides to start optimizing after the site has been launched and indexed?

Just looking to see what the benefits may be from doing it from the beginning.

Website should be developed and designed according the SEO point of view so it's helpful in promotion and getting better and quick ranking in search engine result pages.

SEO is not limited only for ranking, but it's also for online brand promotion and with seo, site will be on top ranking after stopping work on site. coz it's effect is for long time. so seo is very important and useful.

Yes. It is true. First comes the analysis, keyword research, design structure, navigation and usability. And also On-page optimization can be done without getting the site online.

SEO should be integrated into the initial Design of the webiste. It should be SEO Freindly. However, if your site is already built, it can still be optimized in many ways, just get started....don't ponder ô¿ô...

You should never launch a site that isn't complete. During the design of your site, deciding what content you want to show, etc. you would lay it out so that it would mesh well together for a great user experience.

After you planned this out, you would (if you knew anything about SEO) try to design this content to work well for SEO. This would allow you to benefit from SEO from the start and not have to optimize it again. This is especially important for dynamic websites that would have the majority of pages affected from any core change done for SEO (such as urls being altered.)

I think that every site owner try to put best of designs,content and keywords during designing process.So, what is the reason behind failure of site popularity?
Competitors strategy analysis,Because every thing is dependent on visits and if visitors are shifting or not responding then it means your competitor have more powerful SEO strategy.I think that SEO basic factors are not consistent.It's changing according to demand.
