Same as any trade - expertise. You could have a go at building your own house but it would probably take twice as long, the results probably won't be as good and you will probably make a fair few mistakes along the way.

What you invest for the traffic you need to get it back pluss profit on top off it.

Work with a seo company for a year. There is not such a thing as quick seo.
