Tell us what you think about "CONTENT REWORDING"

It's been a habit for newbie SEO Specialist to do some content rewording in some of their promotions like when they submit articles, classified advertisements and even when posting in blogs..

My question is, should it be tolerated? Or should it be stopped?

Give us your thoughts about this. Give us your advises. Tell us what you think about "CONTENT REWORDING".

Well, stealing content and rewording it is usually copyright infringement (unless it's wikipedia / creative commons).

Your articles probably won't rank too well unless they sit on an authority domain + your site has some importance.
