Thanks for checking out my thread. Facebook applications are a great way to earn extra revenue and can be very easy to promote. Both apps are simple to manage and use. Also, I am willing to move the app over to your host for you (Can be any shared host with php and mysql). Apps will be pushed from my facebook account to yours giving you sole access and control. I will no longer have any control to the apps.
The files will simply go into a folder on your host (yourdomain.com/facebookapp) so the apps do not need their own domain. For PPC ads I use SocialMedia.com. There are a number of different companies out there you can signup at and use such as SocialMedia and Cubics.
