I'm looking for someone with some experience in linkbuilding.

Please PM me with the URL of a site you've worked on so I can see some of the links, and also send the the URL of a couple of the links you've built.

Do not send me forums, comments, directories or article sites, any noob can build those links.

What exactly are you looking for? Backlinks that are of homepage backlinks only? I don't see exactly where you are getting at.

What "noobs" do is build links from a variety of these sites and empower them even more with their link sources and that it self, helps to fortify their rankings. There is nothing "noob" about using those types of methods. It is all about how well you use them to fortify your rankings.

I've managed to get .gov and .edu links to my resume site, but that's (in part) a function of the great content. If your site has solid content - and lots of it - it shouldn't be hard to get in-bound links. Often, it's just a matter of pointing out the benefits of the site to complementary sites. It is time consuming, but certainly beneficial. My resume site has nearly 200 pages of well-written content. My herbal remedies site has about 120 pages of reasonably well-written content and the difference in obtaining links is almost tangible.
