wanted VBULLETIN EXPERIENCED USER

Hi, i own a vbulletin forum. Here i am not looking for someone to customize it. I just looking for someone to make the forum the way they are supposed to be. I am too lazy to assign proper permissions.... below are the examples of thing i want this guy to do:

1. Give proper permissions to the usergroups : [NOT ALL... JUST SOME]
2. Install some SOCIAL NETWORKING PLUGINS so i get traffic from external sources
3. The banner of the forum overwrites a bit of navigation bar so make it the way its supposed to be
4. few small changes here and there.

So if u are experienced with vbulletin forums then it shudnt take long time for you to do it.

I am just assigning this job because i dont have much time.
Let me know if u are interested and how much wud u charge.
