[WTB] Wordpress Theme Expert

Hello all,

I am looking for a wordpress expert to upgrade my wordpress theme. It is a free theme that I downloaded, but I will need changes to fit my genre. It would also help if you could do photoshop also as I will need that also.

Please let me know if you would like to work on it. It should be rather simple.

Once I send you the url, please give me a quote along with your other projects and I will send over a payment after we agree on it.

Also, if you think creating one from fresh would be better, I am willing to pay for that as well.
