Custom Wordpress Gallery System Needed.

Looking for someone to help create a custom wordpress gallery.

Different type of gallery in a sense, but at the same time, similar to all the other ones.

I'm looking for something similar to http://cssremix.com in the sense that I want to be able to easily add thumbnails to the homepage in that list style format.

The only thing I'm paying for, or willing to pay for, is the custom field integration. I am designing, and coding the website myself.

What I am looking for is
Someone to set up a method for me to be able to run wordpress as follows.

While Creating a new post, I want to be able to add custom fields. The post will contain a picture, and text. I want a thumbnail (a seperate file I can upload), that will link to that post.


Please let me know estimates of how much this will cost.
Again, I am not looking for a custom design, any fancy css, or template creation. I want quite simply, what i asked for, and nothing more.

What I am looking for is

Once I've created the post, I want several things to happen.

1. A new post should appear, with the image and text as I have laid out in the WYSIWYG editor.
2. On the home page, a thumbnail (Which i will upload seperately) should appear, linking to that page (should be in list format).
3. On the home page, the same thumbnail and stuff should appear in the category group (as I will have them listed by category as well).
4. When I click to view the category, only the thumbnails from that category should appear.
5. You should also be able to browse the 'latest' uploads.
