Service Wanted: phpBB2 to phpBB3 Conversion

I am looking for someone to co dnvert a forum I have from phpBB2 to phpBB3, and add a chat room. Please let me know if you offer this service, and how much (approximately) it would cost.

Ive just checked your forum. I can convert and add chat room into it. There are different templates available for this type of forum, I can also changed it for you. My current rate it in scriptlance is 10$/hr. This project is good for 25$ for conversion and 8$ for the chat room and other services(still negotiable). I can also enhance your header banner if you want.

Ok. Lets do it. I can do all of this.

1) Convert existing phpBB2 to phpBB3
2) Install new theme
3) Enhance head banner - ford focus
4) Add chat room

Sounds good. I'll contact you within the next few days. I need to wait until a theme/template is picked out. Also, could you email me a quote? parlawgod(AT)yahoo.com - I understand it may not be exact, but I just would like a "ballpark" for the work if possible.
