It is a British Sage and Onion stuffing mix you add water to and then Mom stuffs the bird. Available at Amazon.com apparently.

She also use to use it to "bread" pork chops before cooking.

We normally do the big din on the Sunday, so the bird is getting ready to go in the oven shortly. (YES!)

Have a great one HTML!

I know the feeling well.

I just don't think I could enjoy that much food when the it is still this warm.

11:50 AM and and it is now to hot and humid to work outside. Heck I was sweating at 8.

Had left-overs today, and felt the same - had to pass on dessert which is unheard of!

We get a couple days of summer-heat then very cool. Leaving the outdoor work until later in the week.

We haven't been that lucky yet. Pure summer until now. TWC is promising some Fall weather later this week. Actually cool enough I may need to pull the pepper plants which are still thriving.

Probably the last day of golf tomorrow. Taking the clubs home until I play a few games in AZ. Was going to play a round today, but it was wicked hot. More "humid" than hot.

Why last day. There is always a few more nice days.

Do you think HTML id is still in a food coma?

Today I am simply going to try and recuperate from all the dirt moving and seeding.

There might be one or two more days, as long as it's not windy. 15C is nice on a sunny day, with little to no wind. Hopeing for one or two more.

Could be. Maybe we should send someone to check on HTML?

The next 14 days or so look great near Tucson. I'm not down there till mid January, but am looking to spend 6-8 weeks down there the year after next.

Difficult to get into the rental market down there unless you commit to 3 months, which I'm not about to. There are more choices at reasonable rates up around Sun City, so we'll see.

Happy for you. Enjoy the game.

My AC was still cooling at 10PM last night. The high today is projected at 62F and chilly tonight.

Thanks! Cool, windy and not much sun today, but playing golf with one of my kids is always fun.

Yep - central and east US & Canada are getting that artic blast that the west side of the continent was experiencing for the last week or so.

The jet stream is really dipping south from BC - ish, then way up north to Hudsons Bay allowing all that heat up from the gulf. Maybe the jet stream will moderate so were not stuck in a frigid strangle hold for too long!

Brought my clubs home from the course storage. Last week of golf for me this year.

Cleaning them, then packing them up for some rounds in AZ in the new year.
