Nothing can replace a good camera, but you should be able to improve your image with Photoshop.

Agree with Noor. But if you want to do some quick and easy photo editing, most standard-installed tools on pc or mac will work fine (resizing, auto-improvement, filters etc.).

PhotoScape will work well for a free program and is easy to learn. It will even let you merge images.

i would say Photoshop is the best for you , specially when you are looking for a professional output with a mobile phone camera .

I have used photoshop a lot over the years. Some of these commentors are correct-- there are a lot of features you wont need for basic editing.

However, I have learned a great deal just by messing around for many years and now I'm quite proficient with it. I can do a lot of cool things that are not possible with basic editing programs. So really, it depends on what your priorities are!
