There are some people that have an account that can get unlimited checks for 30 days or so I'm tryin to find someone that has that. I would pay for this if I knew 100% we were goin to buy a car, but I don't know if we are so I dunno.

It's only $24.99 for the Unlimited Vehicle History Reports.

Hope you don't plan on taking his word for it.

I'd get the report anyway. $25 is super-cheap and if you aren't happy with it, the site says you can get a refund:
Quote:
If you purchased the Unlimited Account you qualify for a refund if:

> You have not, nor has any member of your household, received a refund from CARFAX within the last 12 months.

> You have run two or less CARFAX Reports on the Account.

> Your refund is requested within 30 days of purchase.
.

I asked the same thing danny, I got no responce, I haven't heard of them before, but I'm guessing it has something to do with checking if the car is stolen or something like that.

http://www.carfax.com/

It gives you the complete history of a car. Like if it was ever in a flood or if it was in a wreck, etc.

Thats pretty cool, I didn't know there was such thing. I don't think we have that down here in Aus Shame, people always lie about their cars and you never truly know what they have done / where they have been
