Hello guys,

I had read lots of article regarding using outbound links but I have one question.

Using outbound links on website service page is a good or bad for SEO?

Please share your experience with me.

Thanks

Ask yourself one question: What trait or element, above all, does Google (and other SEs) want website owners to emulate in the building of a website?

Do you want your user to click any outbound link and move to a different website before even reading what you are actually providing? I guess no, Google will have no issue as long as you link quality website on your service page, but sometime you have to think about your user.

I'm not sure what you are getting at, and I think you aren't sure either. What has this got to do with SEO and linking out??

I'm not convinced that it matters what specific page would improve SEO if outbound links were added to it. Do you have any data to suggest this? It's up to the one making the claim to provide proof.

Zero outbound link is a bad idea. You can use outbound linking, but i am not sure if there is any rule in placing outbound links on specific page.

Haven't you used the Yoast SEO plugin? Both internal links & outbound links are considered helpful for a page's SEO. Point the links towards Wikipedia if you don't want to help out a competitor.

I'd like to know how you know this to be so. Supporting data or an authoritative source would be nice.
