Things are changing really quickly. Broadband Internet costs as little as £15 per month in the UK. Thats about $27. That will get you 2Mbps

You still need to be in the bigger towns to get that faster connections. Then you are looking at 8Mbps for £20 / $36 per month. But the connection imrove every month and the prices are still falling.

It means jesus thats crazy!!!

Russia is apparently behind the times when it comes to the internet. Your paying that much for dial up. We pay that for high speed connections here in Canada or the US.

Doesn't "£10" stand for 10 Euros? If so, here are the exact amount in USD.
10.00 EUR = 12.7657 USD
15.00 EUR = 19.1414 USD

If I was wrong, sorry, not good with which means what

Doesn't dial up here in the US cost like $9/month, and Cable cost around $25/month? I have only gone by commercial, and havn't seen any in a while

They didn't understand how good of a deal it was because they arn't exactly computer savvy.
