the fee from alertpay is lower than paypal,
but the problem is that not much people using it.
i know many people use this service for receive money from "pay to click" companies,
since these companies are allowed by Paypal anymore.

thanks to all for sharing the experiences but in my point of view the PP is the best because it can be available at large no of sites for online transactions.

i wouldnt touch alertpay. too many negative sellers reports and customer complaints. i bought some DVDs thru alertpay. they turned out to be pirated and alertpay didn't give a damn about it. fortunately the FBI were interested and are now checking out the seller and alertpay

Yes, alertpay is mostly used to receive GPT and PTC sites whereas paypal do not allow such payments. So its good for those who involves with the above programs.

I am also with alertpay. Alertpay is workable in those countries where paypal is not available.

If you need an alternative to Paypal then I will advise you to go for Moneybookers. They are available in places where Paypal is not available or send-only.
