Quite simply, if you have been affected by Fred, you need to build a decent website that isn't just an affiliate ad server.

Without knowing your site its hard to be more specific.

Which for most people affected by it would mean "scrap everything you've done so far & start from scratch"

Concentrate on user-specific site design and content rather than just for google bots. in general, make your site more user-friendly.

Google Fead Update affects those websites who have Low Value Content, Ads & try to sell affiliate links. So, You need to remove affiliate links OR make them "nofollow". Remove some ads. 3 banner ads & 2 link ads are enough.
