What do you want...

What do you want that you just cant quite afford or could afford but would make life hard for a while.

Since I asked the question I suppose I'll have to go first...

I want a basement...
Yes, a cold, uninviting, dank, musty, wet, scary basement
Well, maybe a nice dry finished family room style basement with a bigscreen TV and a pool table...

Not really sure. I am a minimalist. There is one thing I always wanted, my own cabin out in the middle of nowhere. So I can finally eat a lot of chili without worrying about killing off the life around me.

You should read this article:

Rise of the renting class

I wouldn't buy anything right now because I don't think we touched the bottom yet of this economic crisis.

44 acres of land with dogs, horses, ducks, with a running creek/river/pond(s), and a 5 bedroom home built on the land with an atrium in the center, and a white picket fence around it.

My father in law had a 1955 Jaguar XK-140-MC and a 69 Ford Mustang Shelby Cobra GT 350 long time ago.

Too bad he did not keep these cars, because today they can sell for a lot of money.

I want a big apartment around 200+ rooms with a full occupants. It could bring me a huge sum monthly with a little work, yet a good fortune for life.

I think I'm starting to loose interest in material stuff. A helicopter would be cool but no place to park it. A jetpack could be an option, if they were safe
