Great news Guys!!!

The warning tag (which reads - "This site may harm your computer") has been removed from the Google Search Results for my website now. Wow! It was really a quick response from Google.

Many thanks Guys and Thanks to Google also.

Just to give you all the heads ...

You know the spammy bots that post crappy linking code on every html form on your website without a captcha code. I think you will find that the referers you are seeing in your stats are the traffic generated from these bots.

If you have a guestbook or blog or somewhere people can just add content, so can the bots. If one of these bots posted content on your site with links to porn, etc.. Guess what you will end up in the situation you are in.

Im not saying 100% thats what happened because I havent bothered visiting your site (google said it was unsafe - joking lol) I have just read the coments in this thread and it fits the evidence.

Thank you for saying that. In communities like this, we all need to remember to use caution in what we say, as we are discussing members' businesses. Thank you for understanding.

I just want to say thanks for the info on preventing others to your site/logs. I am having the same problem with that site and have never heard of it until I checked my log files on a couple of new sites I created.

Thats what brings me to this forum, I was searching the net as to what this was because I didn't want to get penalized by the search engines.

I really hate people that spam and use viruses, can't they be more productive in other ways.

I found this at the Google Forums.
