van wrap design - thoughts

have decided to go with a different design than our last vans. have come up with a few very simple ideas and wanted opinions.

the colours and overall finish aren't done yet, just some basics to get started with and work on.

What you guys think?

the van will be parked from around 5pm until 8.30am in a high vis spot so was hoping for something that's simple, clear and noticable what we do.

the one below has a white gap because we're planning to have stuck on business card holder section for people to take one while the van is left overnight.

I like #2. It's got some "flow" to it which also is in line with the italicized text of the company name and service.

However, and maybe it's just me, but I'd suggest making the "service text" a little bigger as the company name stands out, but until you are a name brand, well, the service may need a bit more space. And, if someone is kind of a little farther away, the service text might be harder to read. Just saying.

Even though you've got the URL already on the driver's door, I'd suggest adding it again in the white space to the left of the graphics.

Of course if you found a way to incorporate the image of an "oven" in the graphic, it would change everything.

thanks for the reply. i'll have a play with your suggestions, but have had another go at my current favourite to add a bit more without busying it up.

What kind of business do you clean ovens for? Do you do residential?

I really like the first one. It is compelling to the eye and stands out compared to the others, especially the blue stripes behind the circle make you look at it a little longer. The second one is still nice but looks more "common".

#1 with your phone number and web address so they don't have to hunt for this info on the rest of the van.

It just happens I saw a van with a great wrap done while sitting in traffic but nowhere was their web address or phone number...

I very much like the design of the wrap aside from the fact that my eye is naturally drawn to the blue logo, and I find I'm searching for your contact details.

I would try to move the contact details closer to the blue logo design and prominent to make it easier to find - which is rather important when speeding past in a car!

Also I would recommend that the logo and contact details are on the back of the van as I always find myself reading those when driving behind someone.
