I took a quick look. I don't think you'll get a great looking domain name, but even more than that, I don't think you have total control over it. To me (and I only took a quick look), when you register for a free domain, I don't get the feeling you own it, like a normal domain that you register at any other registrar where you actually pay money for.
Firstly, you'll have to read the terms and conditions (there's 5 or 6 PDF which probably cover the details).
Lastly, when you can buy a domain for $5 or less, why on earth would you want to get involved in an arrangement that has conditions? What if the company goes under - there goes your free domain.
