imho if you share something on the internet thats intended to go viral or get a lot of social attention such as a funny video then you can expect it to the used by everyone. you can go on Instagram and see 200 users that watermarked the same video all claiming they are the original owner. You'll never get that stuff taken down. Even billion dollar companies deal with it every day, they pay people to meet a monthly quota of take downs. Ebay, Amazon and Etsy are the biggest targets cause those are being used to make profit and are easier to have removed.
You'd have to report every single twitter, instagram,youtube, website, blog etc...account and hope they do something about it.
like marcusdom said, it's not really worth your time unless you can pay employees to only do that. It's like war on drug. it never ends.
