It must be your mail server that has a problem. Try sending an e-mail using your webmail.

It might be that it is sent from your computer and the account is not valid so the mail server just dumps it.

It is mail server related. Are you sending this through your ISP account or through your domain account?

it might also be because of wrong or improper set of mail configurations.

There are some reasons to cause that situation:
1)email server has something wrong
2)email configuration is not right

Well, I had this issue recently with my Outlook. I could receive mail OK, but not send anything. No errors on this either. Turns out it was my config for my outgoing mail server. I had set the incoming and outgoing smtp server to the one that the hosting company that hosts my website had suggested. What I acutall needed to do was to set the incoming server as the hosting companies, and the outgoing mail server as the one that was actually my ISP, the one that I get internet access from at home. Perhaps this is your issue.

Change the SMTP port & then try to send mail. If you are using port 25 then change it to 587.
