Review:dontknowhowto.com

It's a general how to website. Is there anything that might be lacking?

While I am in this thread, I will post a to the point review.

You need to have a CONTACT page, ABOUT page. PRIVACY page and maybe even a disclaimer page if you promoting affiliate links.

For the privacy and disclaimer page, you can google search for free generators to use. You need a privacy page to use Google AdSense. Heck they can ban you for not having one up eventually.

Add all of these pages to your top menu bar. That menu bar has nothing in it so add the pages there to fill up that empty space. Really you should think about using a real theme that is a little more eye catching and fit's your taste.

Design/Layout issues: Page to TOO narrow and too deep. Fonts to large. Expand the page, try to use as much real estate as possible, say 75-90% of screen size to reduce unnecessary depth. Reduce font size to the standard around most websites.

Need to redesign.
You put everything you have on to homepage.
so i have to scroll and keep scroll for the content i don't need to see.

But every article you have is unique? that's good niche to go.

I told myself to re-arrange the homepage when I get more post. And now I have more posts but never got to that part. I gotta work on my procrastination.

Try to change your themes, I'll suggest you to use the genesis responsive themes
If you don't like the geneis themes there're available free wordpress themes here,
After that try to remove your ads on the left and right infolinks ads, it's really annoying your bounce rate was surely high because some people don't like annoying. If you like to put ads, just put it on the widgets.

Also don't forget the suggestion of snakeair, it'll also helps.

Ohh I forgot I have a suggestion about on your comment box, try to use disqus comment plugin for wordpress and the facebook comment box, It's very useful and giving you more impression in social media.

I'll improve site desidgn, using something more web 2.0. There are a lot of freemium template for wordpress that you can use.

Remove social plugin from the homepage, and also the visitors widget.

Not much text on the home page other than navigation and form stuff, but none of that was too big.

I clicked through to a category and I see snippets of posts there - I think this font might be a bit too large.

It's funny because I always assumed people would prefer bigger font because it would be easier to see, but everyone is saying to reduce it so i'll do that.
