Yup. I'm sure there's at least a trace of a fairly good and known food-group in there somewhere.

Earlier today the whole family ate out at the local Mexican restaurant. I had some steak fajitas with black beans and some orange colored rice.

I had ice cream at a ice cream shop on my way to run errands. But I think I am gonna start a diet cut all the sweets out.

Sounds radical. My reasoning for doing that, would have to be life or death.

I'm weighing at 273, I've always been relatively average weight, now I am pushing fat with about 75lbs over weight. I'd like to get back down to 215 like I was before becoming an entrepreneur

Lunch: small quarter of a submarine sandwhich.

I am in complete agreement with you re improving the eating habits.

I started a walking routine last fall (after recovering for 3 months from a surgery) and I walked the forest paths to the far side of town, and back. I tried to do this daily - or when work and weather would allow.

Then winter hit. Relatives stayed for 4 weeks (wine and food excesses) instead of the planned 10 days ("Christmas Vacation" ring any bells? ).

I still have a mini gym in the basement, but that was interrupted with more surgeries this year. So, now I've joined a golf club, and am hoping to walk 18 holes 2-3 times per week.

Combined with what you have suggested (a better eating plan and habits), the sticky bun may be a thing of the past for me.

Yeah I really want to be thin and strong, I just let myself go cause I work a part time job while getting this business of the ground. It's always been the plan once I dont have to do both to get into good shape, might as well give myself a head start and make things easier.

For lunch right now I am having some Mexican Posole with some Chicken Flautas with some brown rice. Not too spicy but just enough to add some flavor.

I love my lunch today since I got very hungry. I was actually craving for it.

My lunch was....

Roasted Chicken (tender and juicy)
Soy sauce with vinegar and 3 pieces of chilli
Well cooked rice
