Resolv.conf rewriting

Every time I reboot my Dedicated Server, resolv.conf gets overwritten to some default nameserver IP's which makes the page loading times very sluggish, on average around 7 seconds. I then have to SSH in to the server to change them to Google's public DNS servers.

I have no idea why this happens or how to correct it, I never had a problem with the previous server that I was using. Anyone have an idea?
