Title of the website may not impressive as far as the user is concerned. However, make a suitable title to suit your SEO needs. The title of page has a commendable role in the rankings of the page

You should put your keywords in title but also think of user before writing your titles.

Are we talking about an article or a web page? I believe the two, thanks to how people perceive things, have different requirements.

An article title should have a hook: "Five Sure-Fire Ways to Please Your Lover" or "Death By Zap: The Killer Dangers of Arc Flash." Key words are important, but in my opinion the reader is more selective here in picking what to invest more of their time in reading.

A web page title can be less catchy, and concentrate more on SEO. Since it's at the top of the page, readers will likely skim past it. What's important in this case is how well the content shows on a Google search...and what the reader will be looking at is that little paragraph of preview content, not the title.

You just answered your own question.

How to type of titles tends to get some loven in the search engines besides being a very good title.

Example: How to create a PowerPoint presentation.

I don't try to keyword stuff titles. I tend to spread out my keywords in the actual body of the article in a non spammy way. Catchy title would spark interest.
