What is the proper format of article?

I want to know the proper format for writing a good article.
My questions are :
1. How to start ?
2. How to describe ?
and
3. How to end ?
Please give me some suggestions

Apexpranav,

In general you want to have an introduction which touches on the main themes of the article, a body which goes into detail about the main theme or themes and an ending which reiterates what the article was about and its points.

Know your target audience so you will know what topic you will provide. Choose what type of lead you will use to start up your article. It will depends on your lead what atmosphere and mood you will build in your article. Then, you can now feed the audience with your educational information in your body that is related to your chosen topic. The most important is the conclusion. What is the significance of your article? Is this relevant for your audience? Are your audiences want something more after reading your article? Here are some questions you must answer first in writing your conclusion. Good Luck!

1. You should start with interesting article Title with your primary keyword.
2. You should start writing articles with some advantages or some good message note with your targeted keyword and no more keywords.
3. End with your good author bio where you should referring to provide some links.

Here are some tips:

Section the article off with interesting headlines
Bold key-phrases or "news pieces" (optional)
Write in a charismatic manner, connecting with the reader
Make it around 400-500 words at the least; depending on the topic it can be less.

There is a reason why site builders pay freelancers to write content for them. It is often too much of a hassle to do it. plain and simple.

Have an introduction, a main body and then a conclusion.
Don't use really long paragraphs, use headers and keep it concise and factual. Try to stick to 500 words and tailor it to the product, using humour if possible.

OK, fine. I will answer your questions.

Start with an outline.

take your topic/keywords, decide what the message is that you want to convey to your reader.

Write a paragraph that will prepare your readers by catching their interest and explaining what your message is.

then find a few points to support your message.
(these will be your headers)


Then fill in the details
and end by recapping the details of your article and reiterating your message.

it will look something like this:

Here is a simple formula to use to format an article.

Plan Your Article with an Outline

I think it depends on the industry and page. For example, my online writing service has a very specific format for both SEO and conversions. Our "money pages" are structured like this:

i. 300 words of sales pitch
ii. 300 words of benefits to the consumer
iii. 300 words of reasons to use us and our promises
iv. The rest is just all SEO related for talking about the topic/ integrating keywords naturally.

It depends on the use case and industry.

When you are going to write an article, research first, and divide what you have write in many section, and arrange the section based on priority, if one section is ending then the next section should start but it should maintain the follow so that it would maintain concentration on reading if visitors are reading, section should be related to the main theme..

While writing an article you should follow some basic format,
Article should be in following structure,
* Title
* Introduction
* Body
* Conclusion

1. How to start ?
You should start with respectable words to impress readers and give abstract of your article

For Example:

I'm glad to present my article in this forum. Now, I'm going to describe about my company called "Roamsoft Technologies".

2. How to describe ?
In description section, you should elaborate the content of the topic.

For Example:

Roamsoft Technologies is a web development company which provides a professional php script for their valuable patrons.

3. How to end ?

Conclusion should be the end of the topic. Your article gets end in conclusion.

For Example:
Thank your for sparing your valuable time in your busy schedule to read our article.

At first you should be very conscious about the content,It short be attractive

The content should have nearly 3 paragraph

There should be a highlighted words in each paragraph

The content should be justify

These are the basic format

The proper form of writting an article is:

Be original: Don't copy/paste from other sites or indexed text on internet.
Be interesting: Try to write articles that interest to the audience and don't lie.
Size doesn't matter: It's better a 300 words article full of original content than an article of over 3000 words that says nothing interesting.
Write for humans: Don't forget your audience, writting only for SEO purposes will be a fail result on the article.

There are more factors, but the previous ones will be the most important ones. (For me at least...)

Keep for heading in your mind while writing article. Choose the best headline or Article Title, Introduction of the Article, main body of the article, and conclusion of the article.

Why don't you check out popular article directories like ezine articles go articles to have a look at some of published articles. You will have a better idea.

You should heading size 2, 3 for caption and good heading. It brings good SEO value.
