How We Can Stop Commenting on BlogSpot

I am working on a blog that is developed in Blogspot. I am facing big issue of commenting. Different commenter are writing comments on it just for getting back links.

Every day I am getting 10-15 comments, I am removing them daily but next day I see again same people are posting on it.

How I can stop it. Is there any special code for commenting?

Really i need Help

Thanks

if you want to completely hide the comments area, you can follow the instructions on this page.

But if you still want to allow other people, legitimate people, to post comments, you can use disqus for blogger plugin and require commenters to login before they can post comments. This should minimize the spam.

I have tried the Instructions link that you have shared with me, its not working properly. Can you send me instructions in detail so that I can solve my issue Soon.

Now I am trying to use the disqus plugin. I didn't did this before. I need to see more in detail how I can manage it.

you can set comments for manual approval or you can set comment feature off, though if you were on wordpress it would've been a lot easier because of akismet and other plugin like these which automatically sort out spam and non spam comments

Log in your blogger account

Settings->Posts and Comments->Who Can Comment->Only members of this blog

Comment Moderation->Always.

After these setting comments will be displayed only after your approval.

I have a blogspot blog and approve each comment before I publish it. The comments are sent to my email address and I read them there first, then decide whether to publish them or not. Follow the above directions from Annie.

goto http://www.blogger.com/home

There's a yellow button with a pencil , a gray post button with an arrow beside it, and a view blog button in a line.

Click the arrow button, and then click settings from the drop-down menu.

over on the side menu in the next page, click "Posts and comments" link

Scroll down and find comment moderation... click "always, or "sometimes"...
if you have regular readers who come to comment as soon as you publish a new post, you can set the amount of days for unmoderated comments.

Finally, click save settings... up in right top corner.

All there is to it.
