Did you use the W3C validator to find these errors?

You have to code manual for restoring all HTML errors provided by W3C markup validation. This tool highlight all errors where you need change in code and you have to do it manual.

Use the validator.w3.org tool to check for possible errors on your page(s) and use their suggestions / instructions on how to fix them.

All the people above me give you tools on how to find your bugs, but not how to fix them, and I understand why: There isn`t a tool out there that can properly fix a piece of code.
If you want to fix your errors you need to:

a. Learn how to code -> fix errors
b. Pay someone -> fix errors
c. Ask on a coding forum -> post piece of code that has problems -> maybe fix errors

Actually, the reason I asked if they used the W3C Validator was because it has HTML-Tidy that will correct the code for you.

Cleaned-up Source Listing with "HTML-Tidy"

Below is the cleaned up markup for your document, as processed through HTML-Tidy.

HTML-Tidy is a third-party software not developed at W3C, and its output is provided without any guarantee.
If you check the option to use HTML-Tidy it outputs the corrected code at the bottom of it's review.

Depending on what you are using to run the site you may or may not be able to fix with the coding it outputs. e.g. if using Wordpress with a plugin you could fix the coding but next time you update the plugin you will have to fix it again as the plugin developer may not care that they are breaking your coding.

Also, if you are using an HTML5 theme with Wordpress there are lots of plugins still spitting out XHTML coding. Again, you can fix the plugin but will have to fix it again when updating if the developer has not smartened up.
