How to Locate and Remove Hacked Subfolders Starting with "tilde symbol" ?

Hello friends !

Unfortunately my website got infected by a phishing attack. This is the first time for me and just wondering about to resolve it asap.

Can someone tell how to Locate & Remove the sub-directory starting from Symbol tilde (~) generated by phishing / hacked attempt . Because when I am exploring my public_html folder there is nothing found starting from Symbol ~ .

Below URLs are samples of hacked / infected urls :

URL mywebsite.com/~wtgcoms/

mywebsite.com/~italiapetshop/wp-content/themes/CherryFramework/admin/Wellz/wellz.htm

So Please help me to remove these phished sub-directories from my website.

Attached are the Snapshots to best describe my issues.

I don't how exactly you can fix this but I can tell you that some .htaccess hacks can fix these kinda problems easily. May be you start searching the fix using .htaccess file.
