Talking Drop Shadow, Rounded Corner, scalable NON JAVASCRIPT Table or Div Code Needed!

I've searched for 4 hours now looking for a way to get Rounded corners on a Div or Table & to have it have a shadow as well.
I prefer to avoid Javascipt, so what is the solution??

I'm sure someone can help me, because I see this style everywhere...

Thankyou,

Use images???

Code:
<div style="background:url(Images/topCorners.jpg) no-repeat;"></div> <div style="background:url(Images/repeatingBackground.jpg) repeat-y;"></div> <div style="background:url(Images/bottomCorners.jpg) no-repeat;"></div>
Now, the middle image, is just one pixel in height and the same width of the top and bottom images, you repeat this in the y direction, thus giving the box fluidness.

This is a really simple solution and will need tweaking with to look the exact same in all browsers BUT it's a starting point for you.

PS: I found this: http://www.tjkdesign.com/articles/roundbox.asp however I'm looking for something that can expand like my tables do currently, because they are in percent. - Could I use this example & just specify a percentage width? Or is there a better way? - I'd rather have the shadow generated by code, if that is at all possible, instead of using images. I saw an example that was a fancy CSS table with rounded corners, made entirely in CSS, but I can't seem to find it again.

So in closing, I want a div that has rounded corners & drop shadow, & expands or contracts when the user resizes the browser window.

I've seen that images can be used, however the fact that it wont look good in all browsers means that I still have to find what I want implemented, because there's a news story everyday that begs to be posted, & I want to do it right the first time, for my template.

I want it to look good in all major browsers. I don't care for Netscape though, if it's a problematic browser to comply with.

this might be a horrible hack but i think it would work easily... didnt try the code myself and you will absolutely need to work with images including the shadow (there is no workaround for that anyway)

<table width="whatyoulike"><tr><td><img topleft></td><td>title</td><td><img topright></td></tr>
<tr><td><img left></td><td>content</td><td><img right></td></tr>
<tr><td><img bottomleft></td><td>footer</td><td><img bottomright></td></tr>
</table>

Isn't there a way to generate shadows with CSS?
