- Make sure that you put your website URL in "Web Site" box and also write a sentence or two in the "About Me Box" - include your website URL with your keywords in the anchor text.
- Click the "Save Changes" button and check everything looks ok by clicking the "see my public profile" button.

2) Blogger.com (PR 8 ) This part of the task does not involve setting up a blog, it is simply a way to get a backlink.
- If you don’t already have a Google account create one.
- Login to Blogger.com with your Google account
- "Edit Profile"
- There is a space to add our website but this is a nofollow link (not counted as a backlink). BUT, if you edit the "About Me" section you can add your website and anchor text and get a backlink.
- "Save Profile"

3) StatCounter.com (PR 8 ) - backlink from the forum.
- Visit the Statcounter Forum and register
- Login and click on your username, then click on "user cpanel" and then on “edit your details”
- Enter your website URL in the "Your Home Page" box
- Scroll down and click "Save Changes"
- If you can make a post in the statcounter forum as well this will help to get your profile page indexed more quickly, but you do not have to do this.

Enjoy...
Wait, you don't get any PR share. They sure are dofollow links but, the link is placed on your profile page which has zero PR. Its the same with all the websites, only the home page of those websites have a PR of 8. One thing I want to clarify, if your link is placed on a page with zero PR you get zero PR even if Google itself recommends you or the domain has a PR of 10.

Good point. I don't particularly like profile linking unless I plan to actually participate in the forum.

Blogger rocks as it has the possibility to implement more than one hyperlink.

Where did you enter your link on ehow.com? I am supposed to register or login via Facebook.

The forced FB login seems to have changed ehow and now you cant put your link there. Another user asked the same question in this thread and to quote myself:

You're right, it seems like ehow forces login through FB. This changes the game a bit, but look at it as an opportunity - not a problem. Why not try this approach:

- Set up a FB profile or use your existing profile
- Post lots of clever and smart comments on ehow with your FB profile
=> drive traffic to your FB profile where you probably have a link to your money making site...
