Obama's diversity czar: Fire Whites to give minorities a chance

Another one of the president's "czars" is in hot water for past comments. Federal Communication Commission diversity "czar" Mark Lloyd is being criticized for saying that Venezuelan socialist President Hugo Chavez led an incredible and democratic revolution. Lloyd tells The Washington Times that his comment was misinterpreted.

Another remark raising eyebrows was Lloyd speaking about the need to remove white people from powerful positions in the media in order to give minorities a chance: "Unless we are conscious of the need to have more people of color, gays, other people in those positions, we will not change the problem. But we're in a position where you have to say who is going to step down so someone else can have power."

Just another affirmative action slackey.

Rather than thinking about how people of color have been kept down, why don't we think about how White people have been penalized for all of their hard work. That's exactly what affirmative action is/was, a penalty for White people having gone out of their way to learn and work hard instead of expecting everything to be handed to us free.

And Sotomeyor was all for it! That's why she voted in favor of Black firefighters being promoted instead of more qualified White firefighters in New Haven, Connecticut.

If minorities want to be in powerful positions they can either start their own companies or earn their way through the current ranks in media.

Robert L. Johnson, founder of Black Entertainment Television didn't whimper and cry about how unfair the world is to the poor Black man, he got up and started his own company and made something of himself.

He even elevated himself to campaigning alongside Hillary Clinton, against Obama!
BET Founder Slams Obama in South Carolina

The Civil Rights era has long passed. I think it's time for Black people to stop crying about it, move on, make something of themselves and contribute. (Many have, thankfully.)

But knowing Obama, should we have expected he would choose anyone with a different mindset?

And does anyone honestly believe the United States Of America would even exist if it were not for White Europeans coming here and making it happen? If it were not for White Europeans, the Mexican border today would be at the bottom end of Canada.

In a way you could say if it were not for White Europeans, a Black man would not be able to be president today. You can't be president of a country if the country does not exist, eh?
