I don't use WordPress on my sites. I use my self written content delivery system. One thing I sorely missed was the the ability to write my articles with a rich text editor. If I never type another HTML tag for an article I would not mind.
So in pursuit of a rich text editor I downloaded about 20 different ones and tested at least 10 of them. If they had poor or no documentation I did not even bother to test them. A lot of people are sharp at writing the script and then can't communicate to the end user what they need to do to make it work. I know nothing about JS scripting so I need simple.
I finally found one that worked 'right out the box'. I paid full price for it, a whole $18.00 with CC surcharge, or about the same as 1.5 months of TinyMCE addons.
