New posts are not indexing ?

I am unable to index new posts of my website and blogs both. I am submitting URL manually to google ... The request is accepted but pages are not crawled ... Please suggest the error ?

Do you happen to have a special number the OP can call to speak to Google? A direct line, perhaps?

If you are new to the site, you will have to be a little patient. if you want some speed you can use "bring as google" from webmaster tools.

Check on your page whether your website having noindex or nofollow after that contact google.

Identifying crawling problems, you should have a look at is your Google Search Console dashboard. Typically issues are caused by one or more reasons like, robots.txt file has line like User-agent: * Disallow: / , badly configured .htaccess file, check meta tags, doesn't have these meta tags in the source code - <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">, check sitemap or re-submit. Few more issue can be which you need to address.... or do deeper analysis...
