For lunch today I had to brown bag it with 2 Tuna Fish Sandwiches with sliced Cucumbers and cherries. Nothing over the top but just enough to hold me over to dinner.

Cheddar slices on a fresh bakery bun, a banana, an apple and 3 bottles of water. Not much time to eat between holes on the golf course - and it was hot, hence the 3 bottles of water.

Shaved slices of black forest ham on a fresh bakery bun with a slice of old cheddar and a little mustard. And yes, a double cappuccino finale!

Today for lunch I just had 2 ham sandwiches with horseradish sauce and a couple of pickles. For desert I had 2 plums that were a little beaten up.

Do you manage to reheat that without breaking the sauce or do you just knock the chill off?

Nah, the butter/marg separates out when nuked. Have wear a bib day two so the butter doesn't drip on clothes. Takes less than a minute to warm up though.
