this is my assignment, tell me what you think about how I did in this.

Not a professionnal here so take it with a grain of salt.

I think the highlight are not balanced. Great for the darker but the lighter (whiter) areas are now so bright that you lose the details...

Ok louis, thank you, I did it last night, and it was so hard getting rid of the shadow, so I did lighten the picture in Midtones (+77 Cyan) so that the color of the horse be more equal, as I put shadows (+13) in Magenta as well, I will try though to focus more on the lightning, thank you so much.

looking at the pattern of the fabric it feels like you lost some detail there

Thank you Littlefella, but can you please give me a clue, it is my first time doing this, so I truly appreciate the help, I am learning, but it seems I need too much to (AAs) it.

I like the skintones on the woman a lot, and the color of the horse, but some areas are a bit blown out, and I don't like the color of the grass. It seemed richer before isn't PSCS2 a blast?

I'm not a graphics pro, but my gut feeling tell me you may want to try tinkering with various elements selectively. Just as an example: if the grass looks ok then leave it alone and process only the horsie. Of course, this requires more work.

Ok, this one I did not touch any thing yet, just used the Patch tool, I will try though to put some light on it, tell me what you think of this, for that I change colors, because it looks different, as the grass as well, still on the dark side.

You may think to adjust "curve" in your pic. Lips are looking a bit blurry.. You might think to re-adjust these stuffs in your pic..

Just an opinion

did you repeat the ground? It doesn't look all that good... maybe too many colors and it doesn't change enough as it gets farther away.

Ok, this is not my picture, it is my friends, I think the lips are already blury a little, her daughter put too much glitter I think, I did post another one, I just adjust the horse face a little, I did not do any thing else with it, not even change color, or put some flash, as it. So, can you tell me here what I must do?

In the picture above, yes I did, and it seems like it is too much, thank you.
I thought if I cloned the grass it will be better, but I think it is not.
