Lightbulb Redirection / Cannonical Issue

I have a website in html and has it's blog in Wordpress.

website Server: Microsoft-IIS/8.0

X-Powered-By: ASP.NET

Now, I found that my website domain can be open both with frontslash (/) at the end of domain and without slash (/)

e.g: www(dot)example(dot)com can also be opened with www(dot)example(dot)com/////

Also, for inner pages e.g:www(dot)example(dot)com///////////inner-pages(dot)html

And, for blog posts same slash problem:

e.g: www(dot)example(dot)com/blog//////////my-blog-post/

Please help me to solve this slash issue. How can the urls be open without the additional garbage slashes?

That can be achieved using Permalinks in Wordpress. Use redirect plugins for 301 redirects.

Search for a wordpress plugin that makes 301 redirects. Search google, you will find a plugin 100%

I think htaccess of wordpress can help.

# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>

# END WordPress

Do you get any idea? I don't really good with htaccess so this is all I can help!
