Div intermittently not aligning right in Chrome only

I uploaded a preview of the site here: http://brazzellmarketing.com/~virgin...ome-Health.php

A div containing the text from "Skilled Medical care" to the phone number should be aligning at the top right of the container. In Chrome only, that div occasionally drops down to below the logo, but still aligns right. I need the div to display at the same vertical level as the logo, to the right of the logo every time. Note: if you open this in Chrome, and don't see the problem, you can sometimes refresh several times, and the problem appears.

Here's the CSS for the div that should align to the right of the logo:
Code:
.HeaderRight { float: right; text-align: center; margin-top: 10px; margin-right: 10px; color: #07B8DE; font-size: 13px; width: 256px; margin-bottom: 13px; }
Here's a snippet of code where that div is
HTML Code:
<body> <div class="TopRule"></div> <div class="Container"><a href="index.html"><img src="Images-Main/Logo-Virginia-Home-Health.png" alt="Virginia Home Health" width="302" height="152" title="Virgnia Home Health in Richmond"/></a> <div class="HeaderRight"> Skilled Medical Care<br> Personal Care Companionship<br> Pediatric Care<br> <span style="font-size: 24px">&nbsp;</span><br> <span style="font-size: 18px; color: #09306C; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Call Toll-Free</span><br> <span style="font-size: 26px; color: #0A306C; font-family: Arial; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">1-866-582-0097</span> </div>

Header right should really be inside the TopNav. I would suspect that is why you are seeing the inconsistencies.

Thank, Immu. That sounds like a worthwhile idea. I'll give it a try later and post back.

I'm seeing this problem in Chrome 36.0.1985.143 m.

I tried changing the div class to a div ID. No luck. The section still intermittently drops down a line in Chrome but works find in Firefox and Explorer.

That was too general to be of any help Yasar. However, I think I am finding that if I wrap the logo in a div that is inline bock and aligned left, Chrome does a a better job of aligning both the left and the right sections to the top of each section. It's a pain in the but, but I think that's what I am going to have to do going forward.

I think you should try this code to check on W3schools, Its working fine.
Your body tag is not closed so that is not showing ,

HTML Code:
<html><body> <div class="TopRule"></div> <div class="Container"><a href="index.html"><img src="Images-Main/Logo-Virginia-Home-Health.png" alt="Virginia Home Health" width="302" height="152" title="Virgnia Home Health in Richmond"/></a> <div class="HeaderRight"> Skilled Medical Care<br> Personal Care Companionship<br> Pediatric Care<br> <span style="font-size: 24px">&nbsp;</span><br> <span style="font-size: 18px; color: #09306C; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Call Toll-Free</span><br> <span style="font-size: 26px; color: #0A306C; font-family: Arial; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">1-866-582-0097</span> </div> </body></html>
