Active Support for PHP 5.5 is over!

Supported PHP versions

As of yesterday (2015-06-20), PHP 5.5 will only receive security-affecting security updates for one more year, after which point it will no longer receive any updates (even if they affect security).

Are you running PHP 5.6.10 yet? If not, why not?
