Post Content Wider than Screen, Clickable elements too close together?

I am using responsive theme on my wordpress website www.islamicclasses.com, when i test my website on moible friendly test tool so it's says, "Awesome! This page is moible-friendly" but in google webmaster tools i found some of my pages are not mobile friendly according to google mobile friendly test tools. these pages are

http://www.islamicclasses.com/masnoon-duain-with-urdu-english-translation/
http://www.islamicclasses.com/6-kalimas/
http://www.islamicclasses.com/how-to-perform-salah-for-women/
http://www.islamicclasses.com/how-to-pray-namaz-step-by-step/
http://www.islamicclasses.com/noorani-qaida/

Kindly tell me why my root domain is mobile friendly and the other pages are not?
The error i get on these pages are "Content wider than screen", "Clickable elements too close together"

Try changing your theme. It may be ideal for you to narrow your search to specifically "responsive" themes."
Some wordpress themes may be mobile friendly a few years ago, but not now. I had the same issue

The DOC Type declaration states you are using HTML5 however you have mixed XHTML and HTML5 tags in the sub page I looked at.

Compare the header files used on the home page with the internal pages. The header in the internal page I tested is not the same. e.g.
HTML Code:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width" />
Is not done right on the internal page I looked at.

I've had some cases where content was hanging off the side of the page. To fix this, I used CSS. I set the "max-width" to 100% for the parent class.
