It's entirely down to personal preference - they can all do what you need. For me I would use Bootstrap/Foundation simply because there's more jobs out there that require those two frameworks than any other.

I agree with Dan. Not sure why w3schools basically just made a replica of bootstrap. I have never known a single developer who uses w3css. Don't see any advantages of it.

I've never heard of w3css before, may be because of my weak knowledge, but Dan is right, you can see almost front-end jobs require bootstrap experience these days

w3.css is faster for better responsive web sites.

It's hard to say which would be best for you since you didn't give any details about your project. This is the first I've heard of W3.CSS as well, not to say that it isn't any good. I am I huge fan of Bootstrap CSS as I have been using it for 4 years now.

Same for me, for example Bootstrap has logical column naming for the mobile - it has great themes and they can be easy customized by newbies, HOWEVER it's extremely slow comparing to w3css, use a lot more http requests than w3css...

Why is that the best? Could you backup your response.

you can see this series youtube.com/watch?v=oJlKos0gePQ&list=PLVDYxb1dYhnqUn0_liNeONyi cF1Y3ajLp

and getbootstrap.com is their official website

you can find their documentation in that website

It's your personal choice. I have seen several people go with BootStrap though (inluding my own site) so I think BS is a bit more popular
